Pile drilling

A stable structure requires a solid foundation. Using established drilling methods, bored piles are securely installed into any type of soil. Even in the field of pile drilling, EMDE offers you top-notch quality, which we would be happy to demonstrate on this page.

Areas of Application

With our expertise and individual advice, we supply you with the right drilling tools – adapted to the soil conditions and tailored directly to your requirements.

Displacement systems

EMDE displacement systems stand for maximum efficiency in the construction of pile foundations without soil removal. The powerful displacement of the soil creates an especially load-bearing ground structure – ideal for urban construction projects or sensitive subsoils where minimal vibration and no excavation are required.

Thanks to robust components, precisely manufactured geometries, and the ability to tailor each system to the equipment and project, EMDE delivers a high-performance complete solution. From the displacement tip to the pressure pipe – every element is designed for maximum force transmission and minimal wear.

Our systems are suitable for a wide range of soil classes and enable a resource-efficient, economical construction method with shorter cycle times. That’s why customers rely on EMDE when speed, quality, and reliability are key – even in tight spaces or with complex foundation designs.

Kelly drilling

EMDE is the quality leader in the field of Kelly drilling systems, meeting the highest standards of performance, safety, and cost-effectiveness. Drilling projects can only be implemented efficiently, precisely, and safely when power and torque are optimally transferred from the drilling rig through the Kelly system into the ground – and this is exactly where EMDE sets the standard with premium materials, innovative design, and precision manufacturing.

Thanks to the unique combination of high-grade materials, wear-resistant components, and well-engineered construction, EMDE Kelly drilling systems ensure maximum service life with minimal maintenance. This enables our customers worldwide to benefit from smooth processes, lower operating costs, and consistently high drilling performance – even under the toughest conditions.

Auger drilling

EMDE stands for powerful and reliable auger drilling systems that meet the highest demands for efficiency, adaptability, and durability. Whether for simple geologies or complex soil conditions – EMDE auger systems deliver maximum drilling performance with optimal process safety.

With decades of experience, robust construction, and well-engineered system solutions, EMDE offers the right tool for every requirement – from single augers to complete SOB systems. Our products ensure precise soil loosening while reliably transporting the cuttings to the surface – efficient, wear-resistant, and powerful.

Thanks to their modular system architecture, EMDE auger systems can be ideally adapted to any machine and construction project. The result: long service life, low maintenance costs, and a drilling process that convinces from start to finish – even under difficult ground conditions or at great depths.

Soil mixing systems

EMDE offers high-performance solutions for wet soil mixing – wherever the ground needs to be specifically stabilized or improved. With our Soilmix systems, the subsoil is thoroughly mixed with a cement suspension, significantly increasing its load-bearing capacity – reliably, efficiently, and adaptable to any geology.

Our modular mixing systems support both single- and multi-auger configurations and can be combined with various drive concepts – from Kelly drives to double-head drives. EMDE supplies all components from a single source: flushing heads, rods, mixing tools, and accessories – all tailored to your specific requirements.

Thanks to wear-resistant components, thoughtful engineering, and precise manufacturing, EMDE Soilmix systems deliver durability, process reliability, and consistent mixing quality even under high delivery pressures and deep drilling conditions – for solid results in every project.

EMDE Connector

EMDE connectors form the reliable backbone of any high-performance drilling string. They ensure a secure, play-free connection between individual components – transmitting forces and torques without loss, even under the toughest operating conditions.

Our connectors are manufactured with the highest precision and meet the requirements of various systems – whether Kelly, SOB, VdW, or Soilmix. Thanks to their modular design, standardized interfaces, and optional custom configurations, they can be integrated flexibly into both existing and new systems.

Whether 8kt, round, or special connectors: EMDE relies on certified materials, smart connection technology, and durable construction. The result: maximum compatibility, minimized wear, and consistently secure connections – regardless of load changes, impacts, or vibrations.
